iZoom will soon be enhanced in order to provide you with better, more reliable Internet service.

If you haven't already, you may see a message asking you to convert your email by changing your iZoom email and Dial Up settings. This impacts how you will log in to your iZoom webmail.

To verify what the message from us looks like click here.  This is a legitimate notice from our Internet team.  If you have not yet received it, just wait until you do.  Note:  In some rare instances you will not get this message, due to technical limitations.  If you suddenly have problems receiving your mail, try the new converted email link below. 

I'm not sure if I've converted my email.

Did you:

1. See a "Notice of iZoom Account Changes" page when you accessed the Internet recently? 
2. Follow instructions to change the settings on your email client?

If you have answered YES to both questions, you have converted your email and can begin using wmail.izoom.net.

This change impacts anyone using an email address ending in @izoom.net, @sherbtel.net, @nsatel.net, or @connections-etc.com.
